Pastured Pork

Through a partnership with one-time farm apprentice EJ Shockley, we raise heritage hogs on a combination of pasture and woodlands, producing some delicious pork! While pigs are not herbivores like cattle and sheep, we do our best to give them as much of nature’s goodies as possible. They are moved to a new area weekly and leave behind a plowed and fertile area for renewal and regrowth.
